Jolly H 4-H Club Earns Community Service Award

The 2015 winner of the Club Community Service Award was announced at the Achievement Celebration on November 1.  Jolly H 4-H Club was chosen for their participation in Adopt-A-Highway, National Night Out/Grantsburg, Pasture Sale for the Grantsburg Fair Board, and for the large flower boxes they made from recycled materials and donated to the Grantsburg Ambulance Service and Grantsburg Fire Department.  Thank you Jolly Hers for your contributions to your community!

Service projects are part of Burnett County 4-H culture.  A few other projects include: Wood Creek 4-H Club’s dog pull toys for the Humane Society, Orange 4-H Club’s Salvation Army bell ringing, and Wood River Beaver 4-H Club’s caroling at Grantsburgs Continuing Care Center.
